Japan is pleased to host the 48th Antarctic Treaty Consultative Meeting (ATCM 48) and the 28th Committee for Environmental Protection (CEP28) in Hiroshima in May 2026. Japan is hosting ATCM/CEP for the first time in 32 years, after 1994.
